Refund and Exchange Policy

Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. Please note that any man-made damage will not be eligible for exchange. ABO reserves the right to inspect your defective product. If ABO determines that the product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your product.

If you received incorrect items, missing items or damaged/defective items during delivery, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund. Returns must be done within 3 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. If 3 days have gone by since you first receive your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept refund requests due to change of mind.

Defective/damaged items and incorrect items can only be exchanged with the same item or correct item (subject to stock availability) or store credit of the same amount.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in it's original packaging. We would require visual proof (picture) of the damage/defect during your first inspection of the item along with your Returns slip. All damaged / incorrect items must be returned to ABO in order to be eligible for a Refund or Exchange.

If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please have your order invoice number ready and email us at [email protected].

Our customer service will verify the return reason and arrange a free return pick-up for you. Our courier company will pick up the package at the time specified by you. We will conduct an evaluation within seven (7) days starting from the day we received your returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.

If your return is valid, we will process your refund or exchange. We will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase.

If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

  1. In these terms and conditions “we” and “us” mean ABO, and “you” means the customer.
  2. Your use of the website and placing orders shall thereat shall be deemed to imply your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. All references in the T&C to “we”, “us” shall mean ABO and “Goods” shall mean all the products line up/listed in ABO website.
