Delivery Policy

My order is “shipping”, what does it mean?

Order has been packed and is waiting for courier company to pick up your order.

Your parcel is on its way to you. You shall receive an email update of parcel tracking link and tracking number for your parcel within 24 hours once our courier partner has picked up.

For Peninsular Malaysia, delivery typically takes place within 3-5 working days from the date of order. For Sabah and Sarawak, delivery typically takes place within 5-8 working days from the date of order.

However, please kindly take note that there might be some delays in deliveries due to COVID-19 pandemic and the global logistic traffic is expected to be under stress with volume surge.

Kindly be informed that your parcel deliveries might take some extra days (around 3-5 working days) during the Full Movement Control Order (FMCO) period. Otherwise, your parcel could arrive in 3-5 working days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 5-8 working days (Sabah & Sarawak) depending on the delivery arrangement by the delivery company.
